Biography

Wayne Atkins, the “HVAC Business Doctor”, has worked with thousands of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Contractors throughout the United States to develop more profitable businesses.

Wayne has accumulated years of experience starting in 1986 as a Dealer Business Consultant, in the Northeast, for Lennox Industries. Since 1993 Wayne has worked independently with contractors both as a consultant and as a group trainer. Wayne’s expertise include: Financial Management and Net Profit Pricing, Residential and Commercial Marketing, Residential Sales, Organization Planning, Installation Production Management and all aspects of Service Departments.

Wayne’s training is approved for the continuing educational requirements for the following state’s licensing programs: Ohio, Florida, Kentucky and North Carolina. Wayne has made presentations at the 2000, 2001, and 2002 National ACCA Conferences as well as the 2001 PHCC State Conference.
