We have organized ePL for Residential so that you can access this extremely valuable information in 4 ways. Each section listed below has its own Help section. Use the navigation in the left gray column on this page to find specific help for each of the following or click on the headings below:
The heart of the ePL Residential site is the Impact Information located in the Learning Center where all of the business critical support documents are stored.
The Business Evaluator (located on the main navigation) is a tool that helps guide you to the Better Practices that will help your business by asking you a series of questions that will determine what content will be most effective for your particular business.
Located on every page is the Search box. Simply type in a keyword for a business area that you are looking for support and you will find areas of the Learning Center that will point you to information to help your business. Review the titles and descriptions of each item found by the search and see what interests you the most.

The Learning Center is filled with valuable tools to make your business more profitable! All of the materials in the Learning Center can be accessed by using the Microsoft Office Suite of Software which includes Excel, Word, and Power Point; or using free tools obtained by downloading from the Internet including Adobe Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player, etc.
